HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DISPATCHED AND DELIVERED?

We usually dispatch all orders within 24 hours. But please note at peak time and sale season this may take an extra day or two. 

Delivery time will vary in time depending on the service used.

We ship with Royal Mail 24, 48 and special delivery domestic and with UPS standard and express international. 

Royal Mail Special Delivery - 1 working day

Royal Mail 24 - 1-2 working days

Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days

UPS delivery time depends on the country being delivered to. 

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?

All our parcels are sent with a valued tracking number upon dispatch.

An email and phone number (ideally mobile phone number) are needed at check out to you kept you up to date with delivery notifications. You will receive an email and text message with a link to the courier tracking number and any updates on the parcel.

Royal mail parcels normally arrive within a couple of days. UPS parcels will update with a delivery date. 

NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEM?

Needing to exchange an item, you will need to reorder and send the unwanted item back. This is the easiest and quickest way to ensure your item/size is available.
