At Lily and Roux we like to make purchasing as easy and affordable as possible. With a number of payment options you will be sure to find the right one for you.
We accept most major visa, debit and credit card payments through a secure payment gateway. Payments can also be made via PayPal Express with a one click checkout.
Payment Plan Options:
If you do not need your items straight away, why not put them on an affordable payment plan.
We have a new weekly payment plan option available with Partial.ly. This new weekly payment plan is great. You will be able choose deposit of between 20-50%, how many months with the maximum of 3 months and how many week apart you would like you payments debited from you card. For example if you get paid every two week and would like plan over 2 months, then your payments will be debited from your card every two week for 2 months for 2 months. Please note there is a fee of 5% of your order to cover the process of payments, this will be clearly shown on the right hand side of the checkout page. This new weekly payment plan allows weekly payment to be made with out you having to remember to make payment. Your card will be automatically charge everytime a payment is due so you never miss or forget a payment. If for any reason a payment doesn’t go through then the payment will be taken again 48 hours after. You will get login detail for Partial.ly so you can track your payments and make extra payments at any point. All you need to do is click on the partial.ly button on the cart payment at checkout. Please note minimum order value £100.
Once final payment has been made your items will be shipped and sent tracked and insured delivery with the Royal Mail. If you are needing an item before the end of your plan and have paid off the value of the item, we can send out but extra postage will need to be paid.
We offer payment plan on all item, even sale item. There is minimum order value £100, you can put items of any value on to a plan as long as your order is over £100. Once a plan has been confirmed and started, items can no longer be swapped or changed and will not change in price. If the price changes after plan is taken out this will not effect a plan already running.
Please note that if there is any problem once your item(s) have arrived with size or you are no longer wanting then we can only offer an exchange or credit on returning the item(s) on full priced item(s) only. Sale item on your plan are none exchangeable and cannot be returned.
